One address, read by a person, answered in a couple of working days.
Write to the address below. It reaches the people who build and check these pages, and it is read by a person rather than a queue.
Good things to write about: a figure here that no longer matches the page you order from, a lid verdict you think is wrong, a colourway we have missed, a page that will not open on your phone. Corrections are the most useful mail we get, and the lid table in particular is worth arguing with.
What we cannot do from here: change an order, arrange a return, or send you a replacement gasket. The order lives where you placed it, and its message system reaches whoever can act on it.
