Lids, gaskets and straws

What comes in the box, what comes apart, and, the honest part, what we cannot tell you about spares.

Two questions arrive here: what is in the box, and can I get another one. The first has a clean answer from the listings. The second does not, and this page says so rather than sending you to a page that does not exist.

What we know: 5 pieces in the range ship with two lids, and 11 ship with a straw. Where a lid has a silicone ring, the ring lifts out for washing and goes back in, that is a design feature, not a repair.

What we do not know: whether we sell replacement lids, gaskets or straws separately in the US. No listing of ours that we read on 24 August 2026 offers one, and we are not going to invent a spare-parts service to fill a gap in a page. If you need a replacement, the honest advice is to ask through the retail partner's message system on the order itself, where the seller can answer for their own stock.

One practical substitute worth knowing: straws in this category are near-universal in diameter, and a food-grade silicone or steel straw of the right length will usually work in a straw lid. A gasket is not like that. A gasket is cut for one lid, and a generic ring that nearly fits is worse than the tired one you have, because it will seat unevenly and you will not see it.

What is in the box, piece by piece

Figures on this page are what the maker states in its own Amazon listings, read on 24 August 2026. They are the maker's numbers, not ours: we have not run our own thermometer over this range, and where a listing says nothing, this site says nothing.
